Let me just tell you right now, she is.no.joke. I was thinking, "pffft 20 minutes, easy peasy" Boy was I WRONG! This workout will have you sweating the entire time, and afterwards I could barely walk down the stairs. If you are looking for a jump-start, or a reboot check this out.
