Update

Here is the bi weekly update

I broke my foot on Monday, so that has stopped exercise this week, but I have still lost... (drum roll please)
1.2 pounds!!
This proves that what I eat matters! I have lost this weight just by eating 1500 calories a day and eating good foods. I am happy and hopefully next week I will be able to workout and see a bigger number :)

Question of the Day: Has an injury ever hindered your workouts? How did you deal with it?

  2. i honestly believe diet plays way more of an important role than exercise...you can keep up the weight loss with just your diet!

  3. hey, hope you are better now! I never let injuries be the sole excuse of not working out...I can conjure up a whole lot of others as backup! :P

  4. Yay! Congrats girl!!! Keep it up! The only "injury" that really keeps me from working out is when I am pregnant and soooo sick. But when the morning sickness subsides, I try to do a prenatal yoga dvd or go walking daily. Hoping for a fast recovery for your foot!
