Yesterday I decided enough was enough, and I decided to do more research and try
I have also been doing really bad with junk food, I have been staying under my allotted calories for the day, but it has been filled with junk, no bueno. So you guys are my witnesses to my 2 new goals for this week:
1- Drink LOTS of water (at least 100 oz per day)
2- No more processed/sugary foods
I am going to try these things this week and see how the migraines are, my next step is to cut back on dairy, but I really enjoy cheese :)
