On The Edge of Your Seat

I know you have all been on the edge of your seats waiting for my weekly weight loss update, and I know it's been missing... so here it is since the last weigh in I have gained 2 lbs.
 I am not mad though, because I have been losing inches and my body feels so much tighter. I have also been eating differently, the biggest thing is I don't eat much in the evenings, which used to be a HUGE problem for me. If I have to eat I try and make it something healthy, so I start out with apples and veggies, then move on from there.

Jillian Michaels is annoying as ever, so I decided to not hang out with her for a few days, today was my first day back and it sucked. I now know that I HAVE to work out everyday, or my body goes into shut down mode.

On a better note, I have made 1 sale for my San Diego trip, I still have lots of goodies for sale if you are interested :)

Question of the Day: How is your fitness/weight loss going?


  1. i understand the eating in the evening thing! i eat healthily during the day... then snack so much at night :(

    as for exercise (i'm a relatively new follower, so i apologise if you've mentioned this before) have you looked at blogilates, on youtube? i love her videos, she has such a variety and i always feel a great burn after :3 plus she's super peppy and motivating!

  2. I just completed week 6 (out of 9) for the Couch to 5K Running Plan. Today I was excited to reach 2.42 miles. I signed up for a 5K the first Saturday in October and that keeps me motivated and on track. I can't tell about my weight because that scale does some crazy things throughout the day, but I definitely feel better and my dad says he can tell. My dad is super encouraging like that, but if I want the real deal, I guess I'll have to ask my mom. :-)

    Keep on reaching for your personal goal. You'll get there!
