I recently signed up to take part in the Resolutions in Motion challenge, the main idea being that there is no need to wait until January 1st to get your resolutions started.
As you know I am trying to lose weight, like really trying hard I promise. So I thought it was only fitting to work my weight loss into this challenge, so my first goal is
LOSE 10 POUNDS
I have struggled with depression, anxiety and many other issues
that have always stopped me, but this time I WILL succeed.
My plan for success
Use MyFitnessPal daily to track my food and exercise
Do the 30 day shred daily
Walk/jog 5 times per week.
