I LOST 6.4 POUNDS!
It is not the 10 that I was hoping for, but it is pretty dang close! I am honestly just excited that I didn't gain anything.
I have NOT worked out 5 days a week like I planned
I have NOT done the 30 day shred
so I plan on restarting these things and hopefully lose the rest of the weight before the year is over. Is that goal too lofty? Probably with Christmas less then a week away, but I will try my best!
